Downloading gif on samsung

 · After talking with the Samsung PRO in Chat (the second guy not the first) He found the solution! Here it is and it worked for me: Go to Apps. the 3 dots upper right corner of the screen. Show System apps. Messages. Storage. Then Clear Data. Once you have cleared the data, back all the way back out and try the GIF button again.  · Thanks! @snalonzo1 wrote: I did something different. I go to tap on, "download as animated gif," When I download it, I get a notification saying, "Video was downloaded!" When I go to view it in my device's default media viewing software it won't play the GIF and it goes to the video player instead of image GIF viewer.
